Campestre Chula Vista

This brand new Fort Worth restaurant is absolutely beautiful. They have built it and set every table with extreme attention to detail. The outdoor space looks like a magical fiesta and the inside is colorful yet tasteful. It is aesthetically pleasing to any guest who arrives.
Is it evident that the food is committed to Mexican authenticity and they will not be changed by American TexMex standards.

Real cheese: this appetizer is queso fundido. It's the stuff you get in Mexico. The cheese is soft for about ten minutes, then it returns to its room temperature solid state; the proof that it is real cheese.

Ceviche tostadas: real Mexican ceviche, not influence by other Latin American ceviches. It tastes like the beach. Accompanied with Valentina hot sauce. This is the way ceviche is eaten in some parts Mexico.

Pork guacamole: the vegatarians' worst nightmare. Succulent pork pieces get scooped up and add a salty crunch to the guacamole. Sorry vegetarians, the omnivores will happily devour the guac. Surely, the kitchen staff will be friendly enough to adjust this dish for the non pork lovers.
Parking is abundant, the views are the best in the city, and the restaurant is beautiful. The prices are between $18-$25 per dish, but they have $2 tacos for the budget foodies. Hopefully, this adventurous place will stick around Fort Worth.
